Our Story
Hello! My name is Michael Malpass, and I'm one of the Managing Directors that make up M and M Personal Assistants.
Our business was born from a deep commitment to supporting individuals with learning difficulties. Through our work providing personal assistance, we've seen firsthand that a key part of that support is giving people the tools to
express their feelings and find calm. That's why we created our range of fidget and emotional tools, like our main product, the emotional keyring.
But our mission doesn't stop there. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to experience joy and new opportunities. This is why all profits from every single one of our products go directly towards helping adults with learning difficulties enjoy incredible activities like trips to theme parks or other outings they might not otherwise have the chance to experience.

London Calling! Our Epic O2 Adventure: Uber Boat & Cable Car Thrills!
Get ready to swap the everyday for an unforgettable day out! Our latest adventure took us to the heart of London's buzzing entertainment scene – the iconic O2 – but we didn't just walk in. Oh no, we turned the journey into part of the thrill, embracing the Thames from a unique perspective!
The air was buzzing with excitement as we set off towards Greenwich. Forget the stuffy tube; we opted for the scenic route, hopping on the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers! Gliding along the historic River Thames, we soaked in panoramic views of London's skyline. The Shard, Tower Bridge, the London Eye – they all looked even more magnificent from the water. It was the perfect way to kick off our London day trip, offering a relaxed yet exhilarating start as we cruised past landmarks and felt the city come alive around us.
But the views didn't stop there! Our next stop took us sky-high on the IFS Cloud Cable Car (formerly the Emirates Air Line). As our cabin gently lifted us above the Thames, the entire landscape unfolded beneath us. The O2 looked incredible from this vantage point, a shimmering dome against the city sprawl. We spotted planes taking off from City Airport, watched boats navigate the river, and marvelled at the sheer scale of London. It’s not just a ride; it’s a breathtaking aerial tour, offering a perspective you simply can’t get anywhere else.

Roar into Fun! Our Wild Day Out at Chessington World of Adventures!
Get ready for an adventure where wild encounters meet thrilling rides! Our latest expedition took us deep into the heart of excitement at Chessington World of Adventures, where we spent a day roaring with laughter, soaring through the air, and getting up close with some incredible creatures!
The morning started with a buzz of anticipation as we arrived at Chessington. The air was filled with the distant shrieks of rollercoasters and the gentle calls of animals – a perfect symphony to kick off a day of exploration. First stop: straight to the rides! We plunged down Dragon's Fury, spun around on Vampire, and braced ourselves for the splash of Tiger Rock. Every twist, turn, and drop brought huge smiles and plenty of shouts, making for an exhilarating start to our day. The energy was infectious, and we loved the mix of high-octane thrills and family-friendly fun.
But Chessington isn't just about the rides; it's a World of Adventures for a reason! We took a break from the G-forces to explore the Chessington Zoo. Getting to see majestic lions, playful gorillas, and cheeky monkeys up close was truly special. We loved watching the sea lions do their tricks and learning about all the amazing animals that call Chessington home. It’s a wonderful reminder of the importance of conservation and the beauty of the natural world.

Forget everything you think you know about go-karting, because our latest adventure took us into the future of racing at BattleKart Sittingbourne! This isn't just a track; it's an immersive, augmented reality arena where virtual worlds collide with real-life karting action. If you're looking for an exhilarating, high-tech experience that gets your heart racing and your competitive spirit soaring, you've found it!
From the moment we stepped into the arena, the atmosphere was electric. Giant projectors turned the floor into a dynamic, ever-changing racetrack, complete with power-ups, obstacles, and wild virtual effects. After a quick briefing and strapping into our electric karts, it was time to hit the gas and enter the game!
The feeling of driving a real kart while navigating a virtual world is truly unique. We raced through different game modes, from classic circuits with boost pads and oil slicks to more frantic, arcade-style battles where we collected bonuses to deploy missiles and shields against our friends. The karts responded instantly, and the augmented reality seamlessly blended with the physical track, making every turn, every overtake, and every perfectly timed power-up feel incredibly real.
