It’s designed to help everyone – from tiny humans to grown-ups – easily check in with their feelings and find their way to a calmer, happier state.

This super handy tool features four awesome colour-coded discs, each one a little beacon for a different mood zone. Just flip to the colour that matches how you're feeling and use it as a visual reminder to self-regulate. No more guessing games!

Let's meet the zones:

🔵 Blue Zone: Feeling a bit like a sleepy sloth? Low energy, sad, or just plain tired? This is your zone.

🟢 Green Zone: Feeling that anxious flutter or a little bit worried? Maybe your face is doing a frown, or you're a bit frustrated                                   when things aren't quite going your way. That's the Green Zone!

🟡 Yellow Zone: Ahh, the sweet spot! Calm, happy, and ready to learn or play. This is where we love to be!

🔴 Red Zone: Uh-oh, fire alarm! When you're angry, totally out of control, or just need a big, big break.

Each disc is roughly 4cm in diameter and 3mm thick, with a cool hollowed-out face design that makes them easy to spot and feel. They're perfect for helping everyone support emotional awareness in a fun, simple, and super visual way!
